Content Standards

Content Review & Editorial Standards

This page explains who writes and reviews Huayun's knowledge base content, what sources are used, when updates happen, and how errors are handled — establishing a clear chain of credibility.

Named Review

Knowledge base articles display the author, review team, and last review date — no anonymous technical conclusions.

Traceable Sources

Content involving standards, materials, calculations, and condition assessments clearly displays references and their intended use.

Clear Boundaries

Every article states applicable and non-applicable scenarios, preventing experiential judgments from being presented as absolute conclusions.

Error Correction Enabled

If you find issues with parameters, descriptions, or conclusions, submit feedback directly — the content will enter a manual review process.

Roles

Author & Reviewer Roles

Content Writing

Content editors compile common customer questions, product specification language, and page structure — turning technical information into clear, readable content.

Technical Review

Key parameters, material descriptions, applicable conditions, calculation logic, and risk boundaries are reviewed by the Huayun Technical & Quality Control Joint Review team.

Publishing Responsibility

Articles are only published once source documentation, review information, and scope limitations are complete.

Source Policy

Source Policy

  • Primary sources are prioritized: national standards, industry standards, test specifications, equipment datasheets, and raw material spec sheets.
  • Material selection, service life judgments, and condition guidance draw on internal production and QC experience — but individual cases are never generalized into universal conclusions.
  • Source citations include both the publisher and intended use, so readers can judge whether a reference defines a term, verifies a parameter, or establishes a boundary.
  • AI tools may assist with drafting, but content involving specifications, formulas, material recommendations, or applicable conclusions must pass human review before publication.

Workflow

Content Production & Review Workflow

01

Topic Selection & Draft

Drafts are compiled from frequent customer questions, specification explanations, and common selection mistakes — with a clear problem statement established first.

02

Source Verification

Standard clauses, product parameters, calculation formulas, and operating condition descriptions are verified item by item, with sources and intended use documented.

03

Technical Review

Technical and QC teams jointly review key parameters, applicable boundaries, tolerance ranges, and exclusions — preventing marketing language from overriding technical facts.

04

Publication & Re-review

The last reviewed date is recorded at publication. When standards, specifications, or condition conclusions change, the content is re-reviewed and updated.

Update Rules

Update & Correction Process

  • The 'Last Reviewed' date on each article represents the most recent date a human reviewer approved the content.
  • Content with standard updates, specification changes, calculation logic issues, or clear factual errors is prioritized for correction — no delays.
  • If feedback identifies ambiguity, missing boundaries, or inaccurate examples, the content re-enters the review process for reconfirmation.
  • If a conclusion applies only to specific conditions, it is stated directly in Scope & Limitations — not buried in footnotes.

Boundary

Scope & Limitations

  • Knowledge base content helps you understand screen specifications, material differences, common operating conditions, and calculation methods. It does not replace on-site trial screening, third-party testing, or full system validation.
  • For food, pharmaceutical, highly corrosive, high-temperature/pressure, or regulated certification applications, final selection must be confirmed against actual media, compliance requirements, and project drawings.
  • Service life, throughput, open area, and material recommendations are all affected by on-site conditions. Empirical values on this site are a starting point only.
